Policies

• Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the house. Please bring some slippers or indoor shoes to change into
• Check in time needs to be arranged with the owner and she'll adjust her schedule so she can let you in
• Minimum 2 night bookings.
• If the room isn't ready, you can drop off your bags and get the key
• Check out is at 10am
• Self Service Continental Breakfast is provided in the morning. This consists of bread (toasted or not), butter, jam, coffee & tea.
• Drinking is allowed, but not drunkenness
• Smoking is not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• I'm a small business, my cancelation policy is that if you cancel at the last moment, I won't be able to rebook. If it is a longer booking, you must pay half of the booking up front and it is non-refundable.
• Please be aware that one bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
• No cooking and no use of the laundry facilities
• There is a laundromat close to the house
• You may use half of a shelf in the refrigerator for your own personal food & access to the microwave
• Please advise us of any special needs you may have, we will do our best to accommodate
• Some services may not be available due to Covid-19.
• You can check with management to see what services may or may not be available.
